Proof of current valid Executive Office Suite lease agreement and square footage of the office rented is required. The Brownstone lease will be based on tenant’s current annual lease amount divided by the square footage of their office space and Brownstone’s lease will be based on the size of the available office chosen and calculated from that square footage amount. This offer must be accepted prior to April 30, 2024. Will allow tenants 6 months to take occupancy to allow their current lease to expire. Brownstone reserves all rights not to accept any lease it deems is greater than 20% of fair market value according to the current index on Executive Office Suites in the St. Tammany, Louisiana area.
